We received 9 wings, 5 wings, NO Nachos and no Ranch or Carrots. I called the restaurant and they said that the kitchen had been closed for 30 minutes and there’s “nothing they can do”… Funny thing is that we called less than 2 minutes after getting our food, and our Hotel is 3 blocks from the restaurant. The food that we DID get was hot…. So how could the kitchen have been closed for 30 minutes??? No solution or apology? Just we are closed? No compensation? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I hope that the Manager or Corporate will see this!

I explained the issue, and to his credit, he said he would fix new items. He did and gave us a 15 dollar gift card for the trouble The burger was great, the cauliflower wings were good. After all the hassle, it was a pretty good meal
