Our server was Lucas and he did not care about any of his table. We sat for 25 minutes without even getting drinks, when he finally came to our table he said "i didnt even know you were here"

We received 9 wings, 5 wings, NO Nachos and no Ranch or Carrots. I called the restaurant and they said that the kitchen had been closed for 30 minutes and there’s “nothing they can do”… Funny thing is that we called less than 2 minutes after getting our food, and our Hotel is 3 blocks from the restaurant. The food that we DID get was hot…. So how could the kitchen have been closed for 30 minutes??? No solution or apology? Just we are closed? No compensation? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I hope that the Manager or Corporate will see this!
