- TTTexas TarotApr 12, 20261.0Stopped here specifically in memory of my mom a few weeks ago. I ordered my step mom what she wanted and I ordered a sundae in memory of my mom who passed almost 10yrs ago. I was given a 1/2 baby scoop of Ice cream in which he tried to hide under a mountain of whip cream and toppings. When I shoved all the whip aside and called him out on it, he said Sundaes are only for kids (since when?) and he could give me a bigger scoop but each topping would be $1.00 extra ... So, I ended up paying $1 for 10¢ of whip cream, $1 for a quarter size drop of fudge (literally), $1 for a sprinkle of nuts, and a $1 for a cherry + the cost of a scoop of ice cream. It literally would have been cheaper to keep the joke of an original sundae and just add a plain scoop of the ice cream in another dish. This is the first time this has happened at this location and it will be the last because I won't be back.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
