  Why is it so hard for them to make a order correctly? I would expect for as much money as my family spends with pizzahut. Instead our orders are never right we keep hoping they will do better especially since we spend 50 bucks every time with them. And they cant read simple directions. They do not understand apparently light sauce its always way to much! But when you put extra toppings you dont even get them half the time. Barely any sauce on wings or wrong flavor. Sad only thing about worth anything is the cheese sticks if they decide not to soak it in garlic. And when you call to get it corrected you get people not even from here.

  I had ordered garlic cheese bread sticks last week and they came out perfect how I always get them, today I ordered them and they looked disgusting like they had took shredded cheese and just piled it on top of them they had weird crusty bits of other food on the top, no garlic and tasted like crap so when I went back in the lady said this is how there always made and I said the ones I got last week didt look/ taste this gross she said she could remake them and I said are they gonna look like this and she said yes so naturally I just asked for a refund she said they don’t do refunds but could give me store credit and I said I don’t need store credit because I won’t be back I’ve never wrote a review before but this is just crazy that my food and have other crusty bits of different food on top and tasted disgusting

  I've ordered multiple times from the Parsons Pizza Hut for delivery over the past year or so and they never deliver on time forcing me to have to call. I always get the same excuse...my GPS misled me. Your GPS doesn't look for the guy standing in his driveway in front of the largest, well lit home in the neighborhood hoping you'll see him before flying by for the who knows how many times. Driver claimed to have called and spoke with me...which never happened...I called them several times trying to find out where my pizza was..which also means the app cant be relied on to be accurate. It's a small town, figure it out. Dominos always delivers on time to my door and never an issue locating my address... making my next pizza delivery choice an easy one.

  Would give zero if I could. Made an order for delivery tonight and used my debit card. Must have accidentally said carry out but immediately called the store to correct it to delivery because I tipped 25% for the driver. I would not have tipped if it was carry out. My order came but they eventually refunded back my card and expected cash. I had enough to give the delivery driver a couple extra for the trouble. Manager must have hung up on her at my doorstep because she had to call them back to ask them what they wanted her to do. I gave her the extra $5 cash I had and the receipt back and told her to just take it back. Why would you refund my debit card and expect cash instead???
