- DBDavid B4 days ago2.0I've ordered multiple times from the Parsons Pizza Hut for delivery over the past year or so and they never deliver on time forcing me to have to call. I always get the same excuse...my GPS misled me. Your GPS doesn't look for the guy standing in his driveway in front of the largest, well lit home in the neighborhood hoping you'll see him before flying by for the who knows how many times. Driver claimed to have called and spoke with me...which never happened...I called them several times trying to find out where my pizza was..which also means the app cant be relied on to be accurate. It's a small town, figure it out. Dominos always delivers on time to my door and never an issue locating my address... making my next pizza delivery choice an easy one.

Must have accidentally said carry out but immediately called the store to correct it to delivery because I tipped 25% for the driver. I would not have tipped if it was carry out. My order came but they eventually refunded back my card and expected cash. I had enough to give the delivery driver a couple extra for the trouble. Manager must have hung up on her at my doorstep because she had to call them back to ask them what they wanted her to do. I gave her the extra $5 cash I had and the receipt back and told her to just take it back. Why would you refund my debit card and expect cash instead???
