  Waited in drive thru for them to take my order and they took another person's order when I was in the drive thru first, didn't seem to care either... Like they are getting paid either way.

  This is the second time I've been missing an item. I order in the app, and the first time they didn't give me my hash brown in my breakfast value meal. Last night it was the 3 pack cookies. I work third shift so that's the only place open that is close. Going back to packing a lunch and if I forget it then I will just skip the meal.

  The food was good but when I went in the morning. While I was sitting at the screen I got told to order at the window. After a 15 min wait in the drive thru I finally got the chance to order then 5 minutes for my food to be made. You you arnt staffed for morning service dont be open....

  I drove out of the way because they were open 24 hours. When I got to the drive thru they said "They were closed to change over for breakfast." Online and sign at the front of their building says drive thru available 24 hours.

  Walked in and order at the kiosk an elder person walked in and was trying to order in person he asked for help and the person at the register big guy 6ft 200 plus lbs was being so rude just ignoring him and when asked again he replied with I don’t have time right now in a rude and aggressive tone I helped the older men order thru the kiosk but he only had cash so I press pay at with cashier he gave me the cash I go walked to the register I asked for help and same treatment trying to scream and raise his voice but I speak perfect Spanish and English so I didn’t held back told him all he need was to charge me but he walked away as he did I asked for his name and he denied I will follow up with corporate and I will never buy here again this was at 6:40am 4/9/26 incase the manager wants to see the video I was no one was rude to this man to begin with he either hates his job or was being racist needs to be fired or have some customer service classes took us 25 min to get our food it was only 2 in drive thru and myself and the older men in store
