- SSShareXP1 day ago3.0This Papa John's is in a convenient location for our family, but unfortunately this one doesn't accept all of the coupons in the app like other stores in Wichita. Today when picking up (approximately 10 minutes past when the pizza should be ready) I pulled through the drive through to find out that it would be another 30 minutes to receive my order. That's pretty rough.

Even if you call, and someone actually answers the phone, your order will still be wrong. After waiting an hour for them to correct it, I cancelled my order as it was still not ready. I have tried to order from this location 3 times, a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. This location couldn't manage that. They also do not participate in any nation wide advertising campaign specials either. I've learned my lesson. Do not recommend. Avoid! Never again!
