I let them know what I want to order. then I have to wait 45 minutes or so for my food to be made and handed to me and usually there's a long line at this location. if there's any way possible to let them use this location the way it's supposed to like every other McDonald's that would make me want to come back more often and I'm pretty sure it would make customers more happy and move a lots more smoothly rather than making customers wait an hour or an hour and a half before getting their food and having to order at the window that is completely uncalled for if nothing changes I will not be coming back to this location. thanks!
