  It was a dead night and they still messed up a prebuilt order. Got a chicken cantina quesadilla and it was only half of one with literally no chicken. This place has low reviews for a reason.

  One of the best Taco Bells ive been to. The drive through guy was ultra cool and friendly. Definitely was worth the drive from downtown KC after my thirteen hour shifts from the t mobile center.

  I’m highly disappointed in this location. I was pretty hungry and I made a mobile order. I pulled up the drive thru and told them my name on the mobile order and they told me to pull forward. When I pulled up, the girl at the window said “I don’t see your order, can you pull around”. I find that odd because if you didn’t see it, you shouldn’t have told me to pull forward. Anyways I did what she told me and pulled around to the drive thru again. This time, she says “Ok, I have your order but we don’t have any more soft tacos because we ran out of little tortillas”. I even had a reward on the app and chose a free soft taco so now my reward is wasted because I didn’t get what I wanted. I was stuck paying for food I didn’t want. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this location.

  So rude, messed up our drinks and when we were checking our order, they told us we were messing up their wait time in the drive thru! There was no one behind us so no need to rush
