  Wheres the zero star? Its 12:50 and some female employee walked up and said we arent making anymore sandwiches today. I said why's that? She said because I have to clean and nobody is coming in. Terrible. Hire new staff

  Employee informs me they only have wheat bread and the toaster is broken. Okay, no big deal. Ordered a spicy Italian. Once we get to the vegetable section, she proceeds to inform me that they were out of LETTUCE, TOMATOES, AND JALAPENOS. 3 out of 4 veggies that come on the sandwich. I ask for mayo, she proceeds to completely cover the top and bottom of the sandwich. The sandwich tastes bad, I didn't even get a quarter of the way through before going back in for a refund.

  Just another one of these places that ask you for a tip but then they don't give it to their employees. They keep it all for the store
