  Missing item on Uber Eats. Called and spoke with Jeffrey. Responded with a sarcastic tone of “Oh, I forgot your (little) cookie.” Jeffrey, it may be just a cookie to you but a little bit of empathy keeps customers coming back. You just lost one.

  there were two employees, one named Jeffrey i believe. he had a very bad attitude and wasn’t listening. his coworker, i didn’t catch his name but he seemed young, was trying to converse with Jeffrey but Jeffrey blew him off. not only that the younger employee was mocking my husband under his breath. overall they were slow and sloppy with the sandwiches and did NOT provide a welcoming atmosphere. i’m very disappointed.

  It not so much Subway as the employees . There is always one I can't wait till they quit. I see how one hooks up the people who tip him cash in hand to his pocket opposed to those who dont tip or tip on card. Im not paying you ectra on the side to do your job like others for subways topping on my sandwich. Do your job and stop treating topping like a side hustle. Geez

  This is the Subway by my house, and it has definitely had its' ups and downs over the years. I want to give a shout out to the current manager as of Dec 2025 because she appears to be working her tail off from the cosmetics of the store-front to the service to the quality of the sandwhiches. I have seen a significant difference compared to years past.
