  We have only had sonic maybe once or twice in my life but the food was good and I may go more often.

  They close early. Many order issues and you could be the only one there as a customer and you’ll still be waiting about 20 minutes for two meals.

  Ordered ahead. The food we got was good. However, we did not receive all of our food. Can not seem to contact anyone - anywhere- for a mobile order issue or refund for items not received.

  My family believes in second chances but every time we go to this Sonic disappointment is the reality. The waits are astronomical & the food is hit or miss. We when last night after a concert wanting to grab the kids some food on the way home. There were only 3 cars parked with no cars in the drive-thru. Our wait after ordering in the drive-thru was 27 minutes for 2 combos, that came out with cold burgers & barely any tater tots but the ones we received were cold & hard.
