Only because the price was insane! 2 burritos and 2 drinks (small ones at that!) was $45.00!!! I was totally shocked! We could have had a nice sit-down at a real restaurant food for that price! FORTY FIVE DOLLARS! TWO BURTITOS!! Sorry, but never again!

We even asked in-store if it went through and they said yes, so we waited for about an hour. After waiting forever, we asked again and they told us they never even had our order. So we got charged for nothing. Then instead of fixing it, they told us to go stand in the long line out the door. Super frustrating and a huge waste of time.

Even when you extend grace about an unintentional error on the part of the staff, they still showed frustration with us. We still remained kind. Swearing, even under the breath can be seen. The workers mouth uttered profanity. When we arrived, only one family was inside, already seated. When we took our bowls back to be remade, there were 2 people behind us and still only one family seated. We explained what happened. Staff member cut in and started with, "I asked you", with a negative attitude and then paused to ask if we wanted him to remake our food. After remaking, he did say thank you and enjoy but he was clearly agitated.
