  Salmon salad steak( New your Strip) was delicious..the steak was tender ; cut with a butter knife no problem..Was seated rite away ..I will be eating here again when visiting ..THANKS OUTBACK ,WE HAD A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE 😋😋😋fyi; AARP GET 10% OFF

  All I can say is WOWSERS! I haven't been to an Outback since the late 90s. It is better now than it was back in the day. I had the filet mignon with baked potato and the WEDGE salad. The filet was perfect and the potato was hot and delicious. The WEDGE was a 'classic' and top notch! Not many restaurants offer these anymore and when they do they are disappointing. I can't wait to come back for another. ********The only thing that was not excellent was the overly aggressive asking while we are trying to eat if everything is okay or good or still doing ok, hanging in there etc. Extremely annoying. I know she meant well but let us eat. Maybe it's because of the recent uptick in people who claim their food is bad and then they get all this attention and get comps and stuff. I'm pretty sure I saw this going on at a table near us. If so my review is s solid gold 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and I am sorry about current society for hard working restaurants.

  I had ordered car side pick up. Great service from one of the waiters who brought my food. He made sure everything was in the to go bag. Plus offered to go back inside to get some extra condiments for me! Very nice and professional!

  We went to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday this evening. McKenzie our waitress was excellent! Amazing customer service! The food came out the kitchen hot and prepared just the way we asked! Hats off to the chef I don’t eat out a lot because I am picky about seasoning and my steak was seasoned to the gods!! Job well done!

  My son, granddaughter, and I had dinner at the Outback Steakhouse at 9501 Quivira Rd in Overland Park on Thursday, March 12th. Overall, the evening left me feeling pretty frustrated, even though our waitress worked extremely hard and did her best. While we were seated in a booth, the table across from us — a woman, a man, and a younger adult woman wearing headphones — complained about nearly everything that was brought to them. It went on the entire time we were there. To their credit, the waitress and the manager bent over backwards trying to make things right. They brought out multiple steaks attempting to satisfy the younger woman and even offered her a free dessert to take home. Despite dealing with that situation, our waitress remained attentive and friendly with us, which we appreciated. We ordered a Bloomin’ Onion®, two Cherry Cokes, a half rack of baby back ribs with broccoli and fries, and a Sirloin & Coconut Shrimp combo with a baked potato and salad. At the end of our meal, I tried to pay using the table device, but our ticket wouldn’t pull up. After a while our waitress noticed I was still sitting there and asked if I needed a copy of the receipt. I told her I hadn’t paid yet. She returned with a receipt, but it had someone else’s credit card information on it. She realized she had accidentally given our ticket to the table that had been complaining the whole night. She said she would correct the ticket and told me the total would be $49.16 because she was comping the Bloomin’ Onion for the inconvenience. I paid and didn’t think much more about it at the time. However, when I looked at the receipt the next morning, I realized I had actually been given the other table’s check — the one that had complained the entire evening. Their order included four 13-oz ribeyes, an added Alice Springs Chicken, carrot cake, and a strawberry lemonade. Their total before tax was $150.12 and had been heavily comped down to $49.16 — the exact amount I was charged. So apparently I paid the complaining table’s bill instead of my own. I truly feel bad for our waitress because she was working extremely hard and dealing with a very difficult table, but this situation never should have happened. What should have been a simple family dinner ended with me paying the wrong bill and feeling pretty unhappy about the whole experience. I hope management reviews what happened and makes this right.
