  They got my order wrong and when I went back to get it corrected the woman at the window refused to fix the mistake. They ripped me off. I didn't get what I paid for AND left being told I have to come back tomorrow. I was hungry and trying to grab something quick on my way to a meeting. I wouldn't normally choose McDonald's because their food is not the healthier choice. But I was late for my meeting. I had to leave, no food, now late for an important meeting. Maybe she did me a favor keeping me from putting that crap in my body. I'll never make the mistake of setting for their crappy food and poor customer service again.

  They didnt confirm the pick up for a DoorDash order so someone stole it. Then they refused to remake the order. Called dasher support and told McDonalds that dasher support will be calling to speak with them, they refused to answer the phone even though we all could here it ringing. Then while I was on the support waiting, the lady handling all the food orders and bagging them picked her nose and did not have any gloves, didnt wipe anything off and proceed to handle multiple orders. My order had to be canceled due to Doordash confirming they were not answering the phone. Dasher and diners beware this McDonald's
