  Subject: Unprofessional Conduct by Late-Night Manager "Mike" Location: 11600 W. 95th), Overland Park, KS 66214 (store 37944) Date of Incident: 4/10/26 Time of Incident: 11:50 PM To: Franchise Owner, Bob Carmichael (Local Management Entity: Alon Management 9218 Metcalf Ave Ste 411, Overland Park, KS 66212 I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent experience at your 11600 W. 95th, Overland Park, KS 66214 location. During a late-night visit to the drive-thru, I encountered a manager who identified himself as "Mike." Unfortunately, Mike’s treatment was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and notably abrasive. Instead of providing the standard of hospitality expected at McDonald's, his demeanor was hostile making the simple transaction an unnecessarily stressful experience. A manager is responsible for setting the tone for the rest of the staff, and his conduct was a poor representation of your establishment. I questioned if the price of my food item had increased, and was told by Mike, “There’s a war going on, prices are rising.” I value the convenience of this location, but this interaction has left me hesitant to return. I request that this matter be reviewed with the late-night management team to ensure that ALL customers are treated with basic respect and professionalism, regardless of the HOUR. I hope this feedback can be used to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

  Any restaurants that I enter and have to use a kiosk to place my order instead of giving it to an employee at the counter, is not ever getting my business!

  VERY DIRTY EXTREMELY 🤮🤢 DIRTY TABLES, TRASH ON FLOOR AND TABLES, they hire staff just for cleaning, they earn a lot and don't provide good service

  Was there this past weekend with the kiddoes (7 meals). Didn't happen to get his name, but he was super rude (I'm assuming he's a manager. Shorter guy with bald head). Asked for mac sauce and they added ketchup instead. A couple of pieces of chicken nuggets in my orders, were basically half a nugget, if that. Didn't want to bother taking it to the counter because we didn't want to deal with the rude customer service. If he's a manager, might want to think twice about re-training him on his customer service skills. We were there around 5-6p and the store wasn't that busy but floors and tables were pretty dirty.

  My wraps were cold which is a bit off because usually the chicken is warm but it was fine, it was still good. Order was correct and it was fast and friendly and they weren't stingy with their ice cream lol
