I asked the guy working behind the counter if he would nab them a couple of warm ones. He told me we don't do that. I have many times been handed a warm one with my order. We bought our donuts and went on our way. Unimpressed!

They did not have any in the case, but they did have some behind the counter near the drive thru window. I asked the cashier if I could purchase one and when he went to grab one for me, another staff member (who I assume was a manager) told him that he could not sell me one because they were for online orders only. Wouldn’t you think that you’d rather have a for sure sale to someone in person rather than a hypothetical online sale that doesn’t yet exist? Whatever. On top of this, the original glazed donuts from the line basically oozed oil when biting into them. Won’t be returning.
