  It's been a hot second since I've been to Jimmy John's but I got a hankering and this is the first one I've gone to since moving to the area. GREAT Jimmy John taste like normal. But what I gotta say is that evening shift was chefs kiss!! Wish I knew his name but the gentleman working the window was pure awesome! So kind and patient! (I was being indecisive) He made a drive through experience actually fun wich, in and of itself is pretty incredible! Definitely my go to Jimmy John's in Johnson county now!

  Went in around 3:19 pm Today. Natalie and Camilla are not customer friendly. Upon ordering I asked her not to dig the bread out, she gets upset , so I asked for my money back. They proceeded with a have a good day after slamming the draw and talking recklessly to a customer who no longer will be visiting this restaurant anymore. Mind you I come here often. Then she proceeded to come outside and take pictures of me and my car because I said I'm reporting you both for bad customer service. Who does this . Coming out to my car made me come back in and take pictures. I hope their cooperate office sees this and address this situation.
