  For the tag line of "Freaky Fast", it was the opposite. They let orders back up and they told the customers to roll the ball uphill themselves when they observe that the whole operation is rolling downhill. Not a care in the world. People are on schedules. No refund or beverage buys back the time. I ordered only one sandwich, and I got the sandwich with a pile of excuses about being shorthanded. My observation was one guy at the slicer casually slicing while watching something on his phone. There is too much competition such as Capriotti's across the street and Jersey Mike's to screw around.

  ordered delivery and did no receive my food. despite living 1.5 miles away, my delivery was outsourced to uber eats. my experience was as follows: when it is time for my order to arrive i get a phone call. i answer, the man on the other end says "pickup for delivery" and when i try to tell him i am waiting where my instructions said i would be (very clearly visible from the road you HAVE to drive down to get to my building), he hung up before i even finished my single sentence. i then got 3 texts about my order, in spanish, which i could not read. the third one, after plugging it in to google translate, said that my driver was unable to deliver my order. it is then marked as "delivered" with no option for refund or dispute. while this was not an employee of the store, the store chose to outsource their deliveries to a third party, and therefore the behaviors of that third party directly reflects on them and is a disappointing drop in quality from what service they proudly advertise. just absolutely unacceptable service.
