The cashier forgot to give me the soft drink cup I purchased. I then watched as she forgot to give the next patron his cup as well, and he had to ask for it. I also noticed that the napkin dispenser needs some attention, as pictured. As a shareholder of the Wendy’s company, I believe in the company, and I hope that the Wendy’s company can focus of improving its operations.
