In a snotty voice: "It comes in medium!" despite me having bought it many times before. I said "Nevermind, then." as I was not in the mood to argue. As I was driving away I heard a manager at the mike going..."Wait!". I have been there since, but the service ia still poor. Laat week I asked for ketchup and got an eyeroll and 2 packets...for several people. I spent $50...without beverages. Again...food is good, but still my last choice for fast food due to service...and secondly price. I go maybe once or twice a year now...and frequent other places maybe once every weekend.

Which none were true, we got the bacon, egg, and swiss sandwich. Of course the #1 costs more than either order.. If we couldn't get a creamer for my wife's coffee, after asking 2 times for it, I don't think we'd be getting a refund here, unfortunately. Food was good, service was poor.

I got a single baconator with one patty and one and a half strips of bacon not 3 as advertised. At least they charged me for a single baconator. Still I'm not happy getting cheated out of the missing bacon strips.
