- MPMegan PhillipsNov 9, 20255.0This is a great time for the whole family. You can play golf games and try to improve your score each time. The food is pretty solid, and the atmosphere is great. The heaters make it so that you can play in almost any weather, so it’s year round fun.
- RKReina KNov 9, 20251.0we were asked if we’re over 18 three times by 3 different people. When the last lady asked she finally asked for our IDs. I gave her mine and tell her that we’ve been asked 3 times and it’s kind of uncomfortable. I told her that we’ve been asked 3 times and said yes every time so why were we still being asked. She says ( in a rude tone) “we get lied to all the time.” To which I say well that’s not my fault. She says you don’t have to be rude if it’s gonna be a problem I can just ask you to leave. i said it’s not a problem you just checked my ID. I understand they have to make sure individuals are over a certain age but if it’s so crucial then our IDs should’ve been checked at the front before sitting down. But to tell paying customers, who just want to have fun, that we’re lying when being questioned about why we’ve been asked the same thing multiple times is unprofessional and not acceptable. Our first time coming we were asked to pay for all of our food before even receiving anything and having this happen at our second experience is kind of upsetting since we do enjoy playing. I advise to look into the managers and how they handle situations where a costumer is not happy with the hospitality and to check ID at the front before letting a whole group sit down, we were very uncomfortable and made the rest of the time very awkward. If that’s not bad enough when we got our food everything was cold even though our waiter said our food just got finished cooking. To top it off our chicken sliders had pink in the inside and the piece of chicken was about the size of the pickles they gave us to put on them.
