- SDStacey Dory6 days ago3.0Taco Bell drive-throughs are notoriously slow, but this particular location just south of 95th & Metcalf moves more quickly than others I've been to. The food came out quickly, but was not very hot - wondering if it had been sitting under a warming lamp for awhile. It's the only option in this area for drive through Mexican food. I definitely wouldn't choose it as a destination restaurant for dine in service. Taco Bell prices are not much cheaper than a sit down restaurant price & the food is definitely not the same quality. If you have time to dine in, definitely check out some of the other fantastic Mexican options within a few miles of this place. Good place for late nite drive through, but that's about it.

- AAAyanna AlatorreNov 5, 20251.0i truly do love tacobell, but this one ruins it. the workers suck, they have terrible customer service. they’re also rude on both delivery orders and in person and it stinks in the restaurant. it’s always super dirty, and walking in to place an order the workers don’t greet you at all. they give you a rude look and that’s it. i hate this tacobell truly and the people that work here. horrible service 24/7, truly disappointing.

Outside of one issue with a drive through order, everything has been great. The staff is friendly, the food is relatively quick to come out and it's one of my favorite places to grab a bite during the work week. While my experiences at other tacobell locations have been inconsistent, this one has been good to me time and time again.
