I can't say how the food was because for some reason, my app order failed and they refused to help me find the problem, even though my payment had already gone through. I was told "it's a 3rd party app and not our problem".

On December 19, 2025 around 6:00 PM at the 8000 W 151st St location in Olathe, the employee took cash out of my hand without speaking, dropped my change out the window, and I had to get out of my car to pick it up. When I said it was wrong, he continued being disrespectful and then refused to give me the drink I had already paid for. Everyone has bad days, but this behavior was completely unacceptable.

- MMmichael millerNov 25, 20255.0I was involved in a car accident at an intersection right in front of the Taco Bell at 8000 W. 151st St. in Overland Park store number 22928. Just after the accident happened the person in charge from that Taco Bell came out to check on everyone involved. She offered her dining area as a place that the police and people involved with the accident could have shelter out of the rain to do all of the paperwork. In addition to offering up her facility for our comfort, she offered the people involved something to eat and or drink to help calm the nerves. She supplied us with Taco Bell plastic carry out bags to empty any personal items from our vehicles. When everything was done and said, she wouldn’t allow me to pay for my burrito supreme. She and the two or three gentlemen in the store went out of their way to assist us and make sure we were well taken care of. I will make sure to stop in again just to experience the hospitality of these Taco Bell employees!
