Ordered through the app. Got to the window and the lady opened up while hollering something in spanish to the back handed us the drink and closed the window. Said nothing and had zero customer service skills. We wanted to add a drink on and couldnt even ask her because she acted like we didnt exist. Finally she came with our food. Handed it and we asked if we could add a drink on. She said loudly no big line. There were 2 people behind us. The way she said it was with extreme rudeness. The food tasted good, HOWEVER the amount of meat on my cool ranch taco was minimal. It was 80% lettuce. Like 12 strands of cheese and a very thin line of taco meat. Very disappointing. My regular taco was soggy and stuck to the paper as if it was made earlier and sat there until it got ordered.

I called to make sure it was at this location before my Mom went to pick it up. The lady said they waited 45 mins and tossed it. I asked if I would get refund or would they remake it since it's already paid for. She said they'll remake it with an attitude and hung up. Went to pick it up and it's on the counter. Cold and not fresh after she said she would remake it when she got there. I called back at 5:32 pm and confronted them. They took the food back out of the trash and put it on the counter with the receipt that says 4:39 pm. Didn't even get a new drink either, as the ice was melted too.
