I want to give a shout out to the current manager as of Dec 2025 because she appears to be working her tail off from the cosmetics of the store-front to the service to the quality of the sandwhiches. I have seen a significant difference compared to years past.

She is refusing to make my sandwich the way I want it. She put the cheese under the meat directly on the bread before toasting. I asked for my sauce on top of my cold toppings, she said she can’t do that bc it’s subway policy that the sauce go on before your other toppings. This is MY sandwich huh? Line is out the door bc she’s moving at a snails pace. Not her fault there are no other employees to help her. But the refusal to make the sandwich correctly? Brother ughhhhh. Terrible location this is not the first time.

She asked me to pick up her food and she ordered a drink and she didn’t want it. She told me to take her drink so I did such. The guy behind the counter started yelling at me telling me I was stealing someone’s drink. I told him the name on the food and said I know this person. He still continued to yell at me and said she needed to come in and confirm name. She came in and confirmed. He told her she had to pull out her confirmation number. I went to grab my food and guess what I didn’t have to show that’s right: my confirmation. I won’t be back!
