Waiters and staff struggled to organize services well. Sushi was poor. Food was ok. Also went to close my tab (before the restaurant closed) and was told the manager closed my tab for me — and left a 20% tip. I probably would have tipped the same but that action seemed illegal at worst and questionable at best. Never had a restaurant do this without informing first. I won’t return.
- EEEmmyOct 28, 20255.0Been going to this place since it opened, can always count on it for delicious food, and great sized portions (enough for some leftovers!) tonight I placed an order and it turned out a little overdone, not horrible, but just not the usual quality. I called in (shout out to Aiden at the front desk!) and let them know, and the staff was very understanding, resolved the issue and I went home with a perfect meal. Amazing customer service, management and cooks. I’ll always come back!
