Every visit feels consistent and enjoyable. The management team deserves a lot of credit—Travis, the manager, is incredibly friendly, humble, and approachable. The staff at the drive-through are always polite and attentive, with Logan standing out for his consistent friendliness. The food is always served hot, fresh, and delicious. Even on the busiest nights—Thursday through Saturday—the team manages to get orders out quickly without sacrificing quality. The restaurant is kept very clean, and I really appreciate the neat food wrapping and presentation. The slushes are excellent, and the wait time is always minimal. The Sonic Smashers are also a highlight—very freshly flavored and well-packaged, which makes them a treat every time. I asked about the kitchen staff and learned that one of them is Sanu. I’d love to give a tip sometimes but wasn’t sure if it makes its way back to the kitchen crew. It would be great if the team behind the scenes could be recognized too. This Sonic is a perfect example of how great management, teamwork, and customer service can make a big difference. Whether it’s grabbing food through the drive-through or sitting outside to enjoy the view, I highly recommend this location.
