There was no meat or beans in the chili at all—it was just a thin, watery sauce smeared on a dry bun. I could count the tiny onion pieces on one hand. It’s unacceptable to sacrifice quality just because of a promotion. This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever visited. Zero stars for poor food and lack of effort.

Chicken looked like it was deep fried in old oil. Super busy. Person that handed me food was rushing to give others food so I didn't get a chance to ask for extra condiments or straw. We were there during happy hour too.

Instead I get cold fries and after eating a few of the cold fries ended up grabbing a giant black hair rolled up in the fries. This place is disgusting and needs a visit from the health department!!!
