    Sonic used to have a mustard burger, everything on the menu says mayo and ketchup, I requested no mayo or ketchup, but use mustard, well they only put mustard on it, no fixings at all were on it. Just really sad that customer service is so bad now.

    Terrible Quality - Scammed on BOGO Deal I ordered the BOGO Footlong Coney via the app, and it was a total disaster. There was no meat or beans in the chili at all—it was just a thin, watery sauce smeared on a dry bun. I could count the tiny onion pieces on one hand. It’s unacceptable to sacrifice quality just because of a promotion. This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever visited. Zero stars for poor food and lack of effort.

    If I could give this place a zero, I would. I had a mobile order and when I received my food it was cold. I went back and asked for a replacement and Nikki had an extremely bad attitude when they messed up the order
