The one suggestion I’d offer is to include the number of servings on their salads. I assumed the salad was a family-size portion, but it ended up being only enough for two people. Adding serving sizes would help customers know exactly how much to order.

Their cheese and sauce are magnificent. The italian beef and Italian sausage are delicious. I recommend the Italian sauage with mozzarella cheese and marinera sauce on it. Their meatball sandwich is also delicious. Their calzones are huge and delicious. On all orders I recommend a side of ghiardennera peppers. The service is solid. The kitchen crew seems to do their job consistently. The cashiers are always attentive from the moment you enter. I grew up in the Chicago suburbs so I was privileged in the selection of pizzerias. Unfortunately the Kansas City region is not a haven for quality pizzerias. Regardless of what the locals think local pizzerias like Minskys are 2 out of 5 stars in the Chicago region at best. But Rosatis is treasure to have in the Kansas city region. I highly recommend this place.
