We have come to this panera for a long time and this is the first time I have been pissed. First off, our order. We ordered two bacon turkey bravos, a tomato soup, and mac and cheese along with 2 large sodas. Sodas were just non existent. We just didn't notice till we got home cause you know we just thought oh we paid they hand us the drinks then food normal routine. so we go back get the drinks go home. I just opened the bag and instead of tomato soup I got chicken noodle. They don't even sound the same! How can you mess that up! I am not going back again tonight so I'll eat the chicken noodle soup but do better please. Also and side note, might be beneficial to have someone work the drive thru that speaks good English so everyone is understood

I asked Arjun if I could reorder the sandwich without the spicy. He said he would make me another sandwich at no extra cost. That is going above and beyond customer service. Arjun did a great job! Food is fresh and taste great.
