The manager is absolutely inadequate. Just ordering the food on the website was a terrible experience and then I paid for double meat on both my sandwiches and did not get it and he insisted that I did. It was just very very unpleasant. The food was not good. The place was dirty and he was rude. I will never go back to the Panera on 75th and Antioch again

A cold sandwich and soup and 2 cold coffees that I had to ask the staff for 3 times before any of them would look for it. I like Panera but will never go to this location again. Staff was rude and food was old. Veggies in salad were mushy and wilted. Staff loudly complained every time someone came in and complained about the way we were eating and talking.
