  Wow. I don't remember the last time a place really satisfied. Wonderful, friendly service. The lamb and beef gyro was perfect. Deserts looked amazing. I will be back to try more menu items.

  Walking into this restaurant gave such a family vibe. I had the gyro platter and the rose water lemonade. The service was phenomenal and the food super delicious! I cannot wait to go back.

  10/10. As someone who travels a lot, I can say this place is an absolute gem. It is a small operation with limited seating—it was so busy compared to the rest of the restaurants on the strip that my colleague and I actually had to sit in the hallway. Even so, it was a great experience because the food is made with absolute love. ​ The cooking is "clean," meaning no added ingredients—just very fresh meats and well-seasoned kababs. We had a food platter that was the perfect healthy portion for one person, served with great tzatziki sauce. What stood out most was the heart behind the service. The staff checked on us at least three times, and even the chefs cared enough to come out and check on every diner to see how their meal was. It’s not "fine dining" table service, but you can feel the love they have for their customers. ​The Masterpiece: Baklava Cheesecake The cheesecake was an absolute jaw-dropping knockout. It’s a unique, baklava-style dessert that is perfectly balanced with the right amount of pistachio and honey. It’s light and fluffy with a crispy top, and the slice they gave us was large enough for almost three people. ​I don't just want to come back; I have to come back just for that cheesecake. If I could take one thing back to Virginia with me, it would be a slice of this. It’s clear how much they value food in this town.

  We cannot recommend this delightful place enough. Every dish was delicious. It’s a ‘hole-in-the-wall’ that, at first glance, does not bely the subtlety of flavors and thoughtfulness that goes into each dish. The rack of lamb was melt in your mouth. The Baba Ganoush made my eggplant-hating husband into a raving fan in mere seconds. And the rose water Panacotta had him melting into a happy puddle. The Turkish coffee had a ‘secret’ that made us raise our eyebrows in appreciation. I haven’t seen my husband in such ecstatic food ecstasy in YEARS. The chef and his family came out personally to greet us and explain or merely wink at some of the ‘family secrets’ in each dish. It was delightful. We will be back and hopefully we won’t be fighting the rest of Kansas City off to find a seat at one of the best hidden gems in town.

  Family owned, family operated 💯 This place is absolutely amazing. We stopped by not expecting much and it blew us away. The food is fantastic, and the owner is so so nice. Our new favorite place to eat! We got the Beef Kabob Wrap and the Chicken Shwarma Wrap. Both were fantastic. We also got the fruit cake for dessert, made in house and it was amazing as well. The only downside is their dining area is small so tables are almost always full. We found a small 2-person table but if you have a larger group you may have to stand until a table clears up. Trust me, it’s worth the wait!
