    Always make you pull out of drive threw and wait for 8-10 min before you get your food. Trying to adjust there drive threw time

    Wrong condiments with my order and dirty looking nuggets. Any locations I order from in Oklahoma have much cleaner looking nuggets. Cleaner fryer whatever it may be. Has a funky taste to it. Only had have of my fries in its container the rest were all over the bag Always could barely hear the person taking my order they were mumbling every last word and very arrogant when I was asking for them to speak up. I got told one second more than once and had to wait well over a minute both times. One minute over one second would be prefer to be conveyed so I’m not sitting there hanging out the window like a monkey trying to hear them mumble. I was also skipped before taking my order to begin with. Taking the time to leave a review since it was just one catastrophe after another😂 I wish this pathetic location the best of luck. I would suggest not going here by any means. Updated: I just found a delicious piece of hair😁

    Came to drove thru after placing mobile order and the bun on the mcdouble i ordered was hard. I called the store back to get refund and the girl in drove thru answered the phone and said I couldn't get one because store is closed now and to come back tomorrow. Well then I asked why would she even pass out a burger of this quality and she just hung up the phone. I am highly displeased with this service in both food qulity and customer sevice aspect. I would do my b3st to avoid this location in the future just because of this here interaction. I endee up pulling back around and was told the person name that hung up was Sarah after letting the guy touch the bun he understood and offered me a mcchicken but thats not what I wanted and already had one. I gave the burger back and I will be requesting refund. *Update i opend up to eat the spicy mcchicked I ordered and the bun on thos is hard as well. What is wrong with this location? Now I will be requesting refund for whole order. I will let you all know how it go

    They skimp you really bad on fries. Not even half full. I shouldn't have to ask for an actual fry of any size.order a regular double cheese it should have onions and pickles.most of the time its missi gone or the other. Like if the employees hate their job this much why not.find a new one so people.can get what they pay for and not have to ask for their order to be what it is supposed to be.when you need you item remade because it wasn't right your treated like the problem. The problem is my order didnt say no onion no pickles but you left them.off. the problem is my daughterseal.says plain and you put everything then added a sticker that says plain. I read somewhere mcdonalds was going to be more consistent in 2026 maybe I miss read. Let's not leave out the time I ordered coffee before I went for an over night shift at work. When I pulled up to the window the guy was dripping old coffee into the cup and was going to fill the rest with water. It was a horrible cup of coffee and should have just asked for my money to be refunded. So sometimes when you think.your getting coffee you are not your getting drippy of coffee and a cup full of water.

    I work right by here and always get their breakfast never had issues! I ordered their steak, egg and cheese bagel and I tasted cleaning supplies or some chemical! This is not safe considering I work in healthcare… I was very kind when ordering as well. Please… no matter what prevent sickness or death on a customer. Please be cautious.
