  Drive through attendant had a hard understanding English, I had to keep repeating myself until he finally got it correct. Then the 2nd window parked me waiting on my food for 13 minutes, then when my foor was brought out the Fries were cold and they forgot to put nugget sauce that I asked for in the beginning.

  Told me they didn’t have an item for a long time when I had literally got that item at a different location YESTERDAY they just didn’t wanna make I’m sorry I get it’s early but if u were just gonna tell someone u don’t have something just cuz u don’t wanna make it then u shouldn’t be working this early DO YOUR JOB!!!

  On November 2nd I ordered 2 Bacon Doubles. The meat was dry, the cheese wasn't melted, and the bun was stale. I called the store and spoke to the manager who identified herself as Mariam. told me to come back within the next 7 days and they would make the burgers and the fries hot at no charge, I told her that I was not given a receipt and she told me to mention her name when I came back on. I went in on the 9th and was told that Mariam was no longer there. I spoke to the Manager on duty who said that I was just trying to get free food. I asked the manager how I could know Mariam's name if I had not spoken to her and he had no answer. I told the manager that I was going to file a report with corporate the manager would not give me his name and would not give me the store number. I asked him several times and each time he refused to provide his name or the store number. He was not wearing a name tag which is a franchise policy All he kept saying was that I was trying to get free food. When I told him what Mariam told me, he said that doesn't matter because she was no longer there. If you have never been to this store, it does not take long to realize that 98% of the staff are not of English/American ancestry and that most do not have a basic understanding or comprehension of the English language beyond "Would you like fries with that? This place is right out of Bollywood. If you ask them a direct question, you will get a blank stare All you have to do is to go to the store once and you will see exactly what I mean. All you have to do is look at the Google reviews to confirm what I am talking about. Poor service. Poor Food. Poor Management.

  I understand you get what you pay for but that being said, I spent 28 on breakfast. I order 3 burritos 1 hasbrown an order of hotcakes, 2 pieces of bacon 2 large coffees and a frozen coke. I had to pull forward to number 2, I then sat there for 25 mins! Aside from that both coffees were wrong. And one of the burritos were so hard it was inedible. I then returned to the McDonald's got a new coffee for it to be wrong again. Then I can't even get a refund through the app it doesn't give me an option? Won't be returned to this McDonald's.

  Now each evening ,the lobby is divided in 2 sections: Homeless people on a side and families trying to stay away from this Mascarade 🤣 on the other side ,and if you want to use the restroom for an emergency,pray God no one is sleeping inside 🤣
