  Most of the staff are really great! However, we will absolutely not be visiting this location again. There are rewards that are utilized with the Jimmy John’s app, but their app continually does not function and takes money out of our account for days and never works when we try to order. From a truly honest perspective, please get your app under control. I’m tired of having my bank account robbed because you can’t fix your app.

  Usually decent, but today had to wait in-line for about 30 minutes. It did not seem that busy, but might be excusable. What is not was that 1/3rd of that time was at the actual drive-through window with my sandwich already prepped, bagged, and sitting in the sun while waiting for an employee to accept payment and hand me the order. What's even worse, is that while waiting, the employee who would eventually sell me the sandwich looked into the bag, adjusted its position (setting it upright in the window and adding or removing nothing) then went back to prepping other sandwiches before coming back, taking my payment, and literally handing me the same bag that had been sitting there since before I got to the window.
