If you want a bagel regular toasted like a medium brown - you’re going to gave to ask for it toasted well done. My bagel I asked to be toasted was just slightly warm. I’ve been to other stores and asked for toasted bagels and they came out toasted perfectly so not sure what’s happening with the toaster here at this store

Regular issues with pre-orders (can't find it, can't use it on website, order not ready at designated time). I never complain, but this time I did and manager was very nice and compensated me by replacing damaged product. I would say that most staff were pretty young and likely inexperienced. Maybe not trained to deal with issues. I guess its a small price to pay for really good bagels! Thank you to manager for trying to make things right.
