While I was waiting to order, an older gentleman was helped before me, which was fine. However, after handing him his muffin, the staff member walked away without acknowledging that I was still waiting. A brief explanation or even a quick acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but instead I was left standing there without any communication. It appeared that only two employees were working at the time, and a few minutes later the second employee let me know she would help me when she had time. This is not the first time I’ve experienced long wait times at this location. On a previous visit, I waited about 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, even though there were only around four customers inside the store. I’m not sure if this location is understaffed or overworked, but long waits and lack of communication seem to be a recurring issue. If you need something quickly, I would recommend using the drive-through instead of ordering inside. Otherwise, there are nearby alternatives such as Starbucks and Popeyes that may be more efficient.
