  The pizza is always good but this place is mismanaged currently. It is my experience that they cannot handle rush times/weekends without over an hour of wait time (just for pickup). They are short staffed during these times, and the app continues taking orders and the tracker misinforms customers about how long it will take. This leads to frustrated customers who likely would not have placed the order if they had known the real time estimate. The first rule of hospitality is "underpromise, overdeliver," but this place is doing the opposite. And if you call to check on the order no one picks up the phone because they are so busy, even if you just want to cancel/get a refund. It appears that management just makes excuses when customers complain saying it's "just really busy" when this occurs rather than hiring more staff or giving accurate time estimates before orders are placed. I hope they can fix the service issues!

  I ordered a pizza for delivery and after 2 hours of it not being delivered I called and asked if I could pick it up instead. The man on the phone said that they were busy and it was fine to pickup instead. I told him I will be there in 10 MINUTES. When I got there they had sent my pizza out for delivery and acted like I was crazy for coming to pick it up. When I finally got my pizza from the driver it was clearly 2 hours old.

  Absolutely horrible customer service !! Called the store because the app stopped working / posting updates and the customer representative literally said they were to busy to look up then status of our order and cannot keep taking phone calls . We said we were more than happy to come pick it up storefront instead of getting it delivered and the rep could not be bothered. Telling a customer their an inconvenience is inexcusable!

  Placed an order for delivery, app claimed order was delivered when it never arrived at my door. After calling the store worker claimed to be sending out driver to grab the pizza and lava cakes where it was originally delivered and have it delivered back to me. It has been an hour and a half, why would I want a cold/tainted pizza at this point? Poor service.

  I'm only going to review the delivery service. The food is exactly what you'd expect from Dominos and still quality, but delivery is absolute garbage at this location. Multiple times they have delivered it to the wrong address at my apartment complex. Essentially, you have to bait the drivers with cash tips to even hope to get your order correct and on time. The final straw was when they offered me a free pizza coupon because they delivered ice cold food 2 hours later than promised, and then imposed a $20 delivery limit on the next order, not including the "free" pizza. This essentially made the coupon worthless to me. The only way I could claim it is to buy more food on top of the coupon (no thanks), or drive there to pick it up myself, which eliminates the point of delivery pizza entirely. I've got no issues with Dominos, but this particular location is the worst I've ever dealt with. Because of the service, I am no longer going to be ordering delivery at Dominos while I live here, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Good job alienating a lifelong customer.
