There weren't enough associates to cover the front desk leaving customers w/o a way to pickup their orders. I watched pure chaos, wanting to help by simply passing out the orders. The lobby was packed. After waiting for 30min post-notification of my pizza ready to pick up, my pizzas were lost to the universe. I was refunded but unfortunately bc I used my rewards for free pizzas, those points were also lost to the universe. I'll be going elsewhere for future pizzas but want to recognize the employees who are clearly working with the resources they have.
