  Take my review with a grain of salt as it is personal preference over anything. Service was by far the best aspect. All the staff seemed on top of everything. No matter how busy it got they never looked stressed and just kept moving. Food was okay. Good, not great. Can't complain but I wouldn't right home about it. But, that's not the main feature of Dave and Busters so it's passable. Atmosphere was great, just cookie cutter in my opinion. I would guess that when D&B was newer it was more fascinating, but as places like this become more common it's hard to stand out. Overall I have no complaints and I would recommend it. Be prepared to spend money, that's essentially the goal of the place. Spend, spend, spend. Worth going at least once.

  Deals are good, employees are nice, it's just a lil loud with the music and games all making noise but what do you expect from a giant arcade?! Took 2 kids here and they had a blast! They love the human crane game but now where do I put the giant inflatable toys🫣!!!!

  The games at good but the service was horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. First I asked form my meal to have no mushrooms and when they brought my food out there was mushrooms in it so they replaced it and said they took it off my bill The bill was originally $153 and my husband paid that but when we got home and check out bank account it said we spent $195 at Dave and busters so the waiter tipped him self more money This is unacceptable and in my opinion stealing

  Came for the super bowl and yeaaa not happening again at this location at least. Y’all can thank Michelle (manager) and the short white balding GM. I came last week for a birthday celebration and we were allowed to bring an outside BD cake. Yesterday at the super bowl I brought cheese dip, but was told “nO oUtSiDe fOoD”. When I clapped back at the managers and told them “but y’all allow BD cakes” they replied “that’s different”. Uhm, what????? That’s Still OUTSIDE FOOD. It soured our experience last night which was unfortunate for the server… you can tell she was embarrassed and felt sorry for us (and yes we did the $30 party deal so we definitely spent money). Don’t recommend coming here for events, try main event or the other D&B location in KC cuz These managers are nasty and on power trips.

  The games were fine but the food and service were poor. Right off the bat they ask you if you want to do the unlimited play and meal deal, and we agreed. We were ushered into the food section and given a table. We asked if we could play games before ordering and were told we had to get the cards from a server and we said okay. Once we were sat the waitress came and asked us what we wanted to eat. We told her we weren’t ready to order and that we wanted to play first. She said we HAD to order right then (at least one entree) to get the deal, but that she’d wait to put it in so that we could order together. The games were fine and we played for our 90 minutes. When we returned, there was a new waitress who took our orders again. She put the payment system down and walked away, and I could not see an itemized bill, but the total looked high. I had to flag down the original waitress and ask for something itemized because I thought the bill might be wrong. It was. By about $30. My husbands food then came out, and mine did not. The waitress said it’s because she put his order in at the beginning, which is what we specifically wanted to avoid. He ate his entire entree before mine came and and mine was WRONG. I had already paid the bill at this point, and told the waitress my food was wrong. She told me to take my sandwich off the plate and put it on a different plate so she could return it to the kitchen. I did. It then took almost 10 minutes for my correct sandwich to come out. The waitress came by again and told me to “not worry about the price difference.” What price difference could there be between a chicken club sandwich and a fried chicken sandwich? Anyway. God awful all the way around. Anyway. SO GLAD they still had the audacity to ask for a 25% tip on an incorrect order AND game play.
