Today I placed an online order around 5:15pm for a 6:30pm pick up. It is 6:52pm and my husband is still waiting on the order. No one checks on you or apologizes for the wait. We will not be back at this location again.

The lady’s in the front were not friendly very rude and cut us off when we were speaking. We only ordered a kids meal and a bowl and they barley filled the bowl with food like half scoops and when I asked for a full scoop the lady said they would charge for double and our kids meal was slopped together and again less filled than at other locations, I also ordered a side of cheese and mild which somehow didn’t make it into the bag when I asked if it was in the bag. And when we asked for a Togo bag all of our food was thrown aggressively into a bag and the “manager” stated I didn’t know even through before I said to go please and my husband said the same. Long story short the worst chipotle experience we’ve ever had the customer service isn’t make or break but getting charged for things we didn’t get after specifically asking if they were in the bag and being lied to about it? Insane we will not be returning to this location and if I were running this business I would suggest extra training and learning how to properly address everyday customers.
