Wait in a slow moving line for 20 minutes to order and they have no fajita veggies. This happens frequently at this location. On the way out (after not buying anything) I see the trash bins overflowing onto the floor. Last time I was here they were only taking online orders, no walk ins. Save yourself the hassle, eat somewhere else.

45 minute wait and not all of the options are available because they are out. It was 5:15 pm.

This is the first and last time we will ever go to this location. First, the glass doors upon entry were absolutely disgusting. It looked like dried liquid all over them. When we got there approximately 6:00 on a Tuesday, there were at least 9 people waiting on online orders. This was a bad sign. Waited about 15 minutes to get to order, when we did, they had literally no food. No chicken no rice, no vegetables. We were told we would have to wait by a gentleman that was not concerned at all. We left and so did the people behind us. We went to a different location. Absolutely terrible.

This store needs serious ASM (Area Service Manager) attention. Does this location have a GM or is it being run by hourly staff (mostly teenagers)? If it does have a GM, they need a SERIOUS review of operations and standards. This place has TANKED in service, cleanliness, atmosphere and food quality.
Most recent visit had one girl cleaning, no cashier, one line person who once running out of white rice, halted operations and took literally 10 minutes casually stocking the line while I guess some needed ingredients were being hurriedly whipped up. There were several employees in the back doing nothing / joking around, on the clock or not BAD look. 15 people in line and no one is even communicating to the customers on wait time, missing items or apologies. Nothing comped....they could not care less how much of people's time they were wasting.
The dining room is ALWAYS filthy now. Trash overflowing onto the ground, food on the floor everywhere, no clean tables.
I NEVER write reviews and know this industry well. I usually give the benefit of the doubt. We all have off days. But this location needs attention and standards need to be upheld. If current management is incapable of doing that, they need to be replaced. Or enjoy your increasingly lost revenue and well earned 1-star reviews.
