The customers going in and placing their orders are getting out quicker than I am. The fact that they don’t prioritize their pickup orders is baffling to me, especially when some customers have been standing around for a while. This is not a way to run a restaurant and I will not ever be placing a pickup order from this specific chipotle again. I wouldn’t recommend you do either.

I waited 30 minutes to pick up my online order and they did not pay attention to me once. They redid my order three times because one of the employees was not trained properly. I highly recommend The manager of that location work on their employees mannerisms and how to do their job properly.
