  False advertising! They have Coors Banquets on their menu that they gave me in the restaurant but to my dismay upon ordering one I was told they do not carry them. I am extremely distraught at the moment

  Not a fun place to go if you're alone. I used to come here and sit at the bar, but now when I walk in I feel an instant adversion from the staff. You realize that EVERY person deserves a welcome and respect, right? The business should set the tone, not the customer. Pretty disappointing to have to do the emotional labor when the whole point of going out of the house is to NOT have to. I suggest training the employees on what it means to respect customers, and customer service. Maybe say "Hi." and greet people? Seems very foreign to the staff here. I get that customers should be respectful, but this place won't take any initiative to do the same and lead. YOU are working, WE are trying to chill, not vice versa , That's just Society 101.

  I got very cold fries that was dry and chewy, it has lots of oil too. They chicken was not the best, it was like they just microwaved old chicken and poured sauce over it. It was not fresh at all

  Absolutely horrible experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. Our server, the one with the ratchet faded bun, had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. From the second we sat down, she acted like serving our (entirely Asian) table was a burden. She ignored us for almost two hours, never refilled our waters once (as seen in photo), and only seemed eager to check on her white tables nearby. Three of our orders were wrong — three! — and when we sent one back, she somehow managed to bring it out wrong again. One person’s meal never even showed up until the rest of us were basically finished. The complete lack of attention, professionalism, and basic respect was astonishing. It’s one thing to have bad service, but this felt personal. I’ve never felt so disrespected dining out. I tried to be gracious as a fellow service worker, but Buffalo Wild Wings needs to seriously retrain (or replace) their staff because this was beyond unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or money here.

  Ordered a mobile order 20 minutes before leaving to pick it up, showed up to an empty restaurant so you’d think my food would be done, nope. Had to sit down and wait an extra 10 min for them to make my order of 20 boneless wings and fry’s. After finally getting my food I had no ranch and to forks like I asked for. Came back inside to get my ranch, that took another 5 min. Checked the bag and he gave me spoons instead of forks. Not to mention my boneless wings had little to no sauce more like a glorified chicken nugget than a wing
