Unfortunately, the Metcalf location greets its customers with uncleanliness, and it only gets worse once you're inside. The unpleasant odor is something a picture can't capture, and the dirt and ice cream spills seem to be perpetually ignored. This is not the standard I expect from a brand I appreciate.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
