A friendly staff member came up to our table and apologized for an incident they had in the back with one of their fryers and then needed to make new batch of french fries and offered us a free milkshake for the inconvenience. It was no problem to us at all as we weren't really even in there for that long of time. The fact that this store did this showed the amazing customer service they offer. This from now on will be my go to Arby's. Bravo!

She offered me a refund or a fresh meal without hesitation and even went the extra mile by giving me a coupon book for my next visit. Her positive attitude, genuine care, and dedication truly stood out. She made me feel valued as a customer, and this kind of service is rare to find. The restaurant was very clean, and I was greeted with a friendly smile. Because of Kaitlyn, I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this Arby’s to others.
