- DCDondo CondoMar 29, 20261.0This store legitimately needs to be completely overhauled, new management, or just shut down completely. Wholly incompetent staff with ZERO regard for any semblance of "customer service." You've got an empty dining room continuing to serve drive-through orders on site but let mobile pick up orders stack up, all the while let people stand there in your store waiting for 45-60 minutes to finally be told there's no product to fulfill the orders placed over an hour prior. Manager states "we don't know who you are so we don't make the items because we don't know what you want." He then proceeds to state he has all the ingredients for 1 of the 3 items ordered, which were supposed to be ready to pick up 35 minutes since the time I arrived. Why don't you, as the Manager, actually look up at your own store and address the number of people standing there waiting for their orders proactively instead of just waiting to be stopped in the middle of another task? Manager should also invest in some deodorant since its noticable across the counter/cash register. The store was a mess, stocking items (non-food) thrown all over the counters.
