  We came to celebrate our son's birthday. Aaliyah was very attentive to our table even as we had friends/family coming and going throughout the afternoon. Our drinks were delicious and food devoured quickly. Get the funnel fries!

  The terrible rushed n rude service did it for me 3/28/2026 spent over $68.00 not included tip on to be told the drink I wanted the frozen margarita no one like n just sends back. Every 5 minutes at my table pressure to order. I ordered for my granddaughter and only water for me when I came to eat drink n have fun. The rudeness continued food hadn't been on table 20 minutes before can n took the menu so if I wanted to order something later I was sol. Not one bite taken n asking if wanted a box and two minutes later the check. Rude sad pitiful service I will never return again what a joke each time just gets worse. Over priced food n drinks to make it beyond worst accordingly to waitress watered down juice flavored drinks. Don't waste your time or money. Better places out there. Not satisfied at all.

  Holy shirt everyone is this place overstimulating. If you or your children or easily overstimulated maybe skip it. That said we had a wonderful time playing games and such. Easy way to spend the afternoon with kids, even if it is expensive.

  Really fun place to visit with the family. The food and drinks are amazing and the kids love the games. The OP store has done of the best and sweetest staff, our waitress and the bartender were both great at taking care of our needs and suggesting new things to try. The games were in great shape and a lot of play and the manager was friendly, kind and always taking care of the guests.

  Just wanted to sit my family and watch the KU game. We were instructed by the man at the welcome desk to find a seat in the lounge area. I told him we had 6 people he said it was not busy so sit wherever I wanted . We sat at a 6 person table that had not been cleared off. A waitress came over and told us we had to move because the fo not sit people at tables not cleaned. I said “no problem you guys can go ahead and clean this one. It was in front of the big screen and perfect to watch the game. She proceeded to make my family move to an area away from where we wanted even though they could just clean the table. I stayed in front of the big screen and sat at a clean table. She proceeded to get on to me for sitting at a clean table and got cross ways with me that I did not want to sit further away from the big tv. All she had to do is clean the table we wanted to sit. In turn, she wanted to win, have her way and in turn piss off a customer. Been to a dozen D& B all over the country and never felt under valued like I had that day. Customer is always right but she did not feel that way. Tried to go to the company webpage to do a deep dive into my complaint . Filled in everything and it would not allow me to send. Worked 30 minute to send the complaint but it would not register. D&B does not care. We will not go to them ever again. Big ther is no accountability for bad behavior then what is the point of reviewing a place. Customer service and satisfaction is dead!
