  This chipotle is often out of items. The big problem is that they won’t reimburse you if you ordered through the app. You have to reimburse through the app which NEVER works. AI chat always responds with “not eligible for reimbursement”. Ridiculous.

  I recently had an unpleasant experience at Chipotle that left a bad impression overall. The environment felt unprofessional from the moment I walked in. A group of boys ahead of me in line—who appeared to also be employees—were being loud and disruptive, ordering what seemed like intentionally ridiculous items, like burritos with just beans and sauce. Their behavior held up the entire line all the way to the entrance, making the wait unnecessarily long. It was frustrating to watch them joke around and delay service while everyone else waited. The staff member working the line did apologize for the situation and remained polite despite the chaos. However, the overall experience was already impacted. It’s not enjoyable trying to order food after witnessing such rude and inconsiderate behavior—especially when it’s coming from staff. Overall, while I appreciate the apology, the lack of professionalism made this visit far from pleasant.

  Togo orders are 1/2 the size of a typical order. Not sure why. Very annoying. Edit: Seeing this crappy AI response just affirms the fact I won't be eating here again for at least a year, and I will never again order online from this location. They do not care and the service is crap. Lowered my review to 1 star, since that's what they deserve.

  Where do I even begin, this place blessed me in ways no one ever could. I’m typically a Qdoba guy myself, but today might have changed that forever. The kid with braces needs to make double whatever he makes now, the chefs deserve a 401k match of sorts. Great salad bowl made by even greater staff members. 100/10, 78 stars, etc. I’ll be back, and that’s not a threat it’s a promise.

  I hate that I keep giving this place a chance, nothing but disappointment time after time. I usually drive to another location, which is terrible that I even have to do that!! They were out of Pico & Guacamole this time. The staff is rude. The portions are small. So tonight I ordered Chicken Al Pastor, I watched the girl make my bowl & she literally gave me a half scoop of chicken, I said can you add a little more, she said double? I’m like you didn’t even give me a regular portion!! When I got to the register, I asked the girl that was checking me out, if this was the right bowl, because I thought I saw them mix my order up with the guy in front in front of me, she was like nooo this is the Chicken Al pastor, I got home, and it’s regular chicken!! I’m so done with this location! It has to be the worse one!!! I’m so glad that I am moving in a couple of weeks. Do better!!! I have complained in the past, nothing was done!!! Whoever the GM is, you really need to do better!!!!! It wouldn’t let me post, without giving a ⭐️. It doesn’t even deserve one!!!
