  My wife and daughter walked in there last night to order food to go, and we're told they weren't able to be served. The employee then showed them the screen full of to go and third party orders and said that they couldn't take any more orders until they had fulfilled all of those. So now you can't walk in as a guest and order food for dining or takeout, everything must go through online or third party? But being told to wait, what could have been 30 minutes to an hour to fulfill several to-go and third-party orders is crazy. Not to mention there was several people working, one person that was just getting off and walking out with food. The Young lady that was getting off of work and walking out with her food literally held the door for them on the way out and apologized.

  The food was very good, the staff was GREAT. Sadly, whoever is the manager of this establishment should be ashamed and desperately needs redirecting, the space he/she oversees is beyond dirty.. absolutely filthy from floor to ceiling, not lunch rush dirty, ongoing neglect that takes months to build, layers of grime and dust, everything is either smeary, scuffed up unwashed or smudged. We enjoyed our food but mentally blocked out what the kitchen might entail... I feel that the EMPLOYEES deserve to work in a place of a higher standard and inspiration.

  I ordered lunch to pick up today. It does not give me an option for Lettuce on the side. So I asked for some lettuce to go. The man was very rude, and annoyed by this and charged me $1.69 for a small plastic with Lettuce. I could not believe how rude he was. I will not be back.

  Worst staff of any chipotle I’ve been to I’ve been coming to this exact location over 10 years and until recently always had excellent or at least friendly service well whoever is hiring for this location should be fired rude Management rude staff. The people up front don’t speak English and get upset for their own mistakes I will not be eating from this chipotle anymore!!!
