- CCCM4 days ago2.0I an handicapped. I ordered delivery for my grandchildren. They sent me to doordash the biggest scammers out there. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called yo cancel it. It wasn't picked up yet. They charge more than the actual price, and add extra fees. And to top it off, they keep your card on file. I think you should find another delivery service to partner with before you lose a lot of business.

We came away totally blown away by Kylie. She is truly an amazing person. It was inprirational talking to her. She has this Chic-fil-A set on a path to be the best of the best.

They gave me no trouble when I asked for adjustments to my daughter’s fruit cup and they took care of my part of the meal. Really just made my day better. Love that Cfa has such a welcoming atmosphere will definitely be returning to this location.

The order accuracy at this Chick-fil-A is unbelievably bad. We’ve had items missing from our to-go order so many times that it’s become expected at this point. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a full meal, drive home, and then realize something was forgotten again. This isn’t a rare mistake — it happens constantly. Tonight, it was the creamy salsa dressing to go with a wrap AND a side of fries. So, we had to go back to get the items missed and then return home to cold food. For a brand that markets itself on excellent service, this location is seriously missing the mark. EDIT: We’ve since been back because we can’t stay away from Chick-fil-A for too long. I’m happy to report the to-go order wasn’t missing a thing! Thanks for listening to your customers!
