  You want a buffalo chicken sandwich where the chicken breast is 2* the size of the bun? Yeah, you got it! I absolutely enjoyed the food here. We usually go to the location in South OP but we were in downtown OP and ventured here. The wings were fantastic. Fried pickle was great. My sandwich was delicious. They had a decent selection of beer. Overall a fantastic joint. Plenty of parking. Good location....and the restaurant is decent sized too. Julien did great serving us too. I'd definitely add this to a great spot where there is not much wait and the food is served quickly.

  Heard so many good things, but couldn't find many. Service wasn't good. After two minutes of getting our food, was asked if we wanted to go boxes. Took forever for refills (there wasn't many people in there, maybe 3 other tables). Burger was supposed to be well done and got it medium rare at best. Fries weren't too bad. It's kind of dark and hard to read menus and loud. Tenders didn't have much flavor.

  This was me and my wife’s first time eating here. We had really high hopes as it was recommended to us by a friend. Unfortunately, the service here is very inconsistent. We ordered a drink from the bar. It sat at the bar for five minutes until the waitress acknowledged, it was there so naturally it was warm when it got to us. About two minutes and after getting our food, she asked if we wanted boxes which is a bit rude if you ask me. We were gonna order another drink or two, but after being rushed out, we didn’t feel the need to spend any more of our money here for the food. The food is just OK burger was decently undercooked, and the chicken tenders were very fatty Although the fries were pretty decent. Unfortunately, though for the price and the quality of food, it is a very hard one to recommend to a friend or family member. You know, maybe with some better customer service it could be a place to retry in the future. But as of right now cannot recommend. Also one more thing to add. If It’s hard for you to see at night. This is also not the place for you. It is very hard to see in there. Because it’s so dark in there

  Ok, I have driven by there multiple time off Metcalf and finally went in on at lunch. Their burgers are excellent! Went back a few days later and ordered the chicken PLANKS and French fries recommended by the waitstaff, 👌. Definatly going back for that again.

  Absolutely blown away by our experience at Burg & Barrel in Overland Park. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, energetic, and exactly what you want from a great burger spot. The food was incredible. The burgers were perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and easily some of the best in the area. You can tell they really care about quality ingredients and doing things the right way. Every bite delivered. The sides and drinks were just as impressive and rounded out the meal perfectly. But what really made the night stand out was the service. Julian, our server, was phenomenal. Attentive without being overbearing, super friendly, and genuinely made the experience fun. You can tell he takes pride in taking care of his tables and making sure everyone has a great time. Kinley (Manager) also stopped by and made us feel incredibly welcome. It’s always a great sign when management is that engaged with guests and clearly invested in creating a great environment. The leadership shows in the overall vibe of the place. Great food, amazing service, and a team that truly cares about the guest experience. We’ll absolutely be back and recommending Burg & Barrel to everyone we know.
